The Light Between Worlds by Laura E. Weymouth and Fiona Hardingham, is a lyrical fantasy novel about two sisters who discover a magical land in the woods after being sent away after WWII breaks out. I am interested in the lyrical aspect as well as the Narnia similarities.

Updates

I am currently about 30% of the way through both The Christmas Cove Inn by Kristin Harper and The Wedding Favor by Sharon M. Peterson.

I am enjoying both stories so far with their mixture of holiday island vacation and humorous small Texas town contemporary romance plots. They are both a bit longer than books I have been reading, so the pacing is a bit slow but they both have given some great background knowledge and world building thus far.

That book sounds like an emotional read.

Your current reads sound interesting. I love a festive read. I don’t mind a longer book as long as it’s all relevant and doesn’t go on pointlessly 😂
