Whenever I read books, I go in with the intention of finishing them. That being said, I do not hesitate to drop books once I begin to no longer enjoy them. The books I do end up putting on my DNF list, I typically push them out of my mind so I do not think too much about them.
That being said, there has been a series I have started but did not finish and yet, it finds itself in my mind pretty regularly. That is the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams. I have only read the first book in the series and seen the movie so I really do need to finish it out.
It is full of odd hilarity and just genuine craziness that felt both cozy and exciting if that makes sense.
The book is even more memorable due to how amazing the movie was. It truly brought the world and scenes to life for me that very few adaptations have done before and since.
