Since the last time I have updated yall on the van, we have gotten through a huge chunk of the structure for the bed, counter and cabinets. We also did end up covering up the doors with plywood, making those look a bit more neat as well.

Once we finish out all the structure, we are going to start covering the counter and the bed with plywood.

We have the mattress already so we will just need to make it fit lol. We also have the blackout curtains to be used behind the seats so keep people from looking in.

As far as the windows are concerned, we cut out foam insulation to fit over them that we will cover with fabric. We will sew magnets within the fabric so they (hopefully) stick to the metal nice and snug.

We plan on covering the sides of the cabinet with cork board so that it is easier to contour it and we can stick stuff on the outside. We will be utilizing bungie cords and curtains to hide things under the counter and keep things in place.

We have made so much progress it is insane.

The weather has been in the triple digits for a week or so at this point. You cannot go outside for 20 minutes before sweat is pouring down your back lol. Absolutely ridiculous.
