It honestly depends on who is payin lol
If I am the holder of the cash, I would get as many appliances for the van as possible from At Home (a relatively well priced home goods store). As well as many of the smaller kitchen ware stuff like utensils, plates, bowls, etc. In any case, this is a pretty big store of which there is always something cool to look at and waste time wandering around.
If somebody rich gave me their credit card and told me to go crazy, I would take the van to a custom shop and have them build out the interior per our specs. I would also beef up the suspension, get even better tires and rims, maybe swap the engine and get better security with 360 cameras. Basically, anything we have wanted to do; we would have the way to do everything lol
