Just as a forward, I asked my husband how he would answer this prompt and his biography would be entitled:
‘Ah Heck, Here We Go. What’s Happenin?’
I mean, I would probably buy it lol
If I had to come up with the title for my own biography, it would be something like:
‘Work In Progress: Come Back in Another 28 Years’ (or however old I find myself at the time of writing it). I like the humor of it because you typically read biographies of those who have actually accomplished something important or interesting in their lives. These people could be famous actors, singers, philosophers, politicians; people who are well known in their specific interests and careers. Why people would be reading my biography, I have no idea lol
I guess if I were to ever get big in anything, especially like writing, it would be sick to reach that point of knowing people are interested enough to read about your life. That would truly be such a humbling experience but also terrifying. Assuming you are going to be honest and open with your audience, you are going to be placed in a vulnerable position, not knowing how people are going to take your experiences, traumas, and character. You would have to be okay with the judgments of total strangers for sure.
I call myself a work-in-progress and probably will continue to do so regardless of how successful I may get. This is because I never want to get to the point in my life where I feel as though I have accomplished everything that I could. Feeling my motivations come to a screeching halt would be terrible to deal with personally, so I would rather always be looking for something new to take on over the horizon.
