My Mission(s) (DP#128)

As a Christian, my main mission in life is to make people aware of the saving grace of putting your faith and trust in the shed blood of Jesus Christ. Regardless of how that may make others or myself feel. Having social anxiety has made this extremely difficult since spiritual matters are something that most people have no desire to discuss due to different reasons. Some people have had negative experiences with so-called “religious” people, and I respect that since I have as well.

As a wife, my mission is to be as good of a partner to my husband as possible. I struggle with roping in my emotions, leading to some stupid comments and moments of tension but Kolton has showed so much patience which is crazy. We genuinely want nothing else than for each other to be happy and I think that is why we have been together for as long as we have.

As an aunt, my mission is to teach my niece Lillian, how to be independent and sensitive to the emotions of others. I want her to trust the adults around her to actually listen to how she herself is feeling, so she is more willing to show the same courtesy to those she may come into contact with who may need that support as well.

About Me

Hello! I am Ashley and I simply love to read, and hope you do to!
I am currently 28 years old and living in the state of Texas, USA.

My favorite genres to read and review include romance, fantasy, mystery, and many subgenres of those as long as it is clean. I mainly get my books from my Kindle Unlimited membership, but I also found myself checking out library books on Libby as well.

As you can see, I do not solely post book reviews, I also love posting daily prompt writing, as well as stuff that is going on in my life currently. That being said, my passion is reading and reviewing books to my heart’s content, so hopefully that is something you are also interested in.

I do have a Goodreads where you can follow if you desire (no pressure!) I also have a StoryGraph, of which you can follow me here.
