Per part five, our realtor told us yesterday that we could have an offer by the end of the day and We Did!

We are going to be signing a contract sometime today which would start the grace period for the buyer. They are going to be paying for an inspector to come around sometime within the next week to double check everything and Lord willing, they decide to take it still. The fact we are going to be covering the closing costs, should give them the motivation to still buy it even if there are some problems. This part stresses me out since the house is old and who knows what all could be wrong with it but the same could be said about virtually any other house in our area.

If all goes well, and they do not have an issue with the inspection, the closing on the house will be early December. Meaning, that we could potentially be living in our RV by Christmas! Then the rest is history!
