- Have better Sleeping Habits
- Crochet
- Write
- Clean more Often
- Exercise Better Emotional Control
On the flip side, there are a lot of things I would like to do LESS
- Focus on the Negatives
- Overthinking
- Overconsumption of Coffee
- Sugar intake
- Judgmental Thoughts
- Letting Anxiety Rule my Life
