Daily writing prompt
If you had to switch lives with a fictional character for a week, who would you choose?
Ooh this one is a crazy prompt as there are literally so many to choose from lol.
- Art3mis from Ready Player One! Even though the setting is extremely dystopian, I would still love to be so immersed into OASIS with the VR headsets and full body suits.
- Kiki from Kiki’s Delivery Service! Spending my time as a cute witch girl making deliveries on my broom all day within a cute coastal town, sounds like the dream to me. Having a talking cat and an eclectic group of friends would make it so much more enjoyable.
- Charmain from House of Many Ways! I would have chosen Sophie from Howl’s Moving Castle, but then I would have to put up with Howl for an entire week and I do not know if I could handle that lol. Charmain at least as access to all the magic she could want as well as another magical home with portals going all over the place.
- Elizabeth from Pride and Prejudice! There is something about the social expectations of going to balls and putting yourself out there in order to get a wealthy husband that I find entertaining. I would love to use that whole social setting to come out of my shell a bit. The whole Victorian esthetic has always been so beautiful to me as well.
I think I will keep to that for now lol.
