The ability to integrate yourself into a robotic body.
It is absolutely no secret that AI and robotics have popped off within the past few years. I do not think it too much of a stretch to suggest that we will be able to download ourselves (at least in part) into the husk of a manmade machine.
How this will look is what is really up for debate. I am sure the initial rollout to the public will probably have something to do with healthcare. Maybe people who are paralyzed, have missing limbs, etc. will willingly download themselves so that they can have some semblance of a normal life once again? I can definitely see that.
The darker side of my brain instantly goes to more nefarious purposes like the general public being used as warfare fodder, since who knows if you would be able to get out of the robot once they have their hands on you.
There is certainly a lot of what-ifs in this scenario that is part awesome and part sketchy for sure. It will be interesting to see how far this rabbit hole goes.
