The top tip I would recommend (as someone who is not really successful yet so keep that in mind lol) is consistency. I think that as long as you are continuing to progress, at some point you should find some success in it.
This can be something professional, personal, a hobby or project. Even if it is a goal to drop a bad habit or get healthy, it takes time and patience to achieve these goals.
For the most part, you may struggle to see the progression. However, once you start witnessing the fruits of your labor, you have passed over that initial hill of self doubt.
