As far as receiving gifts goes, I tend to cherish everything I am given, no matter how big or small it is. It makes prompts like this difficult since then I feel like I am ranking them or something lol

I will say, this past Christmas at my in-laws, they went hard on our gifts since they all had something to do with van life. They got us this electric pop-up shower and an air compressor/battery starter thingy in case we have a flat or battery issues on the road. By far, their gifts were awesome for us in our circumstances.

Once when I was very young, my grandparents got my sister and me a puppy for something, I cannot remember the occasion. I remember us sitting on the hard wooden floor in between the living room and kitchen. They told us to wait there for our surprise, and went into the kitchen, where the tiny puppy raced out and immediately started licking our faces. That was the biggest surprise I had gotten up until that point, so it is quite memorable even to this day.

Nowadays, waking up and having decent health is a gift enough for me lol I thank the Lord I am still here and able to enjoy even more of His creation.
